To support the mission of helping Ohio families, the university is expanding funding for the second round of proposals of the Alliance for the American Dream. Through its partnership with ENGIE-Axium, the university is dedicating $250,000 in funding to pilot one or two ideas.
ENGIE-Axium is committed to supporting sustainability and academic collaboration at Ohio State. Ohio State Energy Partners, a partnership of ENGIE North America and Axium Infrastructure, has a 50-year contract to operate the systems that heat, cool and distribute power to the university’s Columbus campus.
Ideas selected for funding will support the Alliance mission of helping Ohio families. Proposals are not required to have an energy component.
Through the work of the Alliance, university and community partners are collaborating and sharing ideas to improve the lives of Ohioans. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that the top ideas receive the support they need to move forward.
